Can you get a doctor's note online? Yes. A physician licensed in your state can review your symptoms through a short online form and, if appropriate, issue a legitimate doctor's note the same day — no in-person or video visit required in most states. The note confirms you reported being unwell and were advised to rest.

  2. A clinician licensed in your state will review it

    At launch, a licensed clinician will review your written answers, may ask a follow-up question, and can decline if a note isn’t appropriate.

  3. Get your note by email

    At launch, notes will arrive as a PDF with a verification code. Turnaround targets will be published before we open.

Every note is watermarked and carries a unique verification code, so your employer can confirm it’s genuine with us at any time, free. Need a small correction to dates or a name? Modifications are free. That’s the opposite of a free template off the internet — which an employer can spot, and which can get you fired.

Will my employer accept it?
A note signed by a licensed clinician is a legitimate medical note, though each employer sets its own policy. Every note will carry a unique ID, and with your permission your employer can confirm it's genuine.
Do I need a video appointment?
Our model is a written review by a clinician licensed in your state. If a clinician needs more information, they can ask questions or request a call. We'll confirm the exact process for each state before we open there.
How fast will it be?
We're aiming for same-day review during covered hours. We'll publish firm turnaround times before launch.
What if the clinician decides I don't need a note?
You won't be charged. The clinician keeps a genuine right to decline, which is part of doing this legitimately.
Is my information private?
