Privacy policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This policy explains how CuroNote handles your information during our current pre-launch phase, when the site offers informational content and lets you reserve a note. We do not yet issue notes, provide medical care, or take payment, and no clinician reviews your reservation — but a reservation does include some details about why you want a note.

What we collect

How we use it

We use your reservation to gauge demand, prioritize which states to open next, and contact you when a doctor licensed in your state can review your request. We use your email to confirm your subscription and send launch and coverage updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Where it's stored

Reservation records are stored in our database (Cloudflare), protected in transit and at rest. Our email provider receives only your email address and your state so we can confirm your address and tell you when we launch; it never receives your reason, how you're feeling, your dates, or your notes. We retain reservation records until you ask us to delete them, and in any case we'll delete pre-launch reservation details within 12 months if we don't launch in your state.

Consumer health data

Some reservation details (the reason you need a note, how you're doing, the dates, and anything you add in the optional notes) may be "consumer health data" under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. For that information:

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or email hello@curonote.com to access or delete your data.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page as our services evolve — including a full Notice of Privacy Practices before any clinician reviews your information or we handle protected health information at launch.
