How it works
Three simple steps. No waiting room, no video call — just a real doctor's review and a legitimate note.
- State-licensed doctors only
- Online, written review
- Money-back if a doctor can’t help
- No charge to reserve
Launching soon in TX, PA, IL, OH, MI, WA, AZ, TN, IN.
How do you get an online doctor's note? Fill out a short, adaptive form about your symptoms; a physician licensed in your state reviews it (and can ask a follow-up or decline); then you receive a clean, watermarked, verifiable PDF by email — usually the same day during covered hours.
The three steps
-
Tell us what’s going on
Answer a short, adaptive 2-minute form about your symptoms — not a static tick-box questionnaire.
-
A clinician licensed in your state will review it
At launch, a licensed clinician will review your written answers, may ask a follow-up question, and can decline if a note isn’t appropriate.
-
Get your note by email
At launch, notes will arrive as a PDF with a verification code. Turnaround targets will be published before we open.
What you'll receive
A professional, watermarked PDF note with a unique verification code, the issuing physician's name and license details, and the relevant dates — ready to send to your employer or school. Your employer can verify it with us for free, any time.
What we don't do
We focus on legitimate, low-risk notes. We don’t issue FMLA, disability, or fitness-for-duty paperwork, and we never diagnose, treat, or prescribe online.
