CuroNote exists for a simple, common situation: you're genuinely unwell, you need a note for work or school, and dragging yourself to a clinic just to prove it is the last thing you need. A physician licensed in your state can review your case online and, when it's appropriate, issue a legitimate note — usually the same day.
What we believe
A doctor's note should be real. The format — online or in person — isn't what makes a note legitimate; a licensed physician's genuine review is. That's why we use real, board-certified doctors, tell you exactly which states we cover, and let a doctor decline when a note isn't warranted. We will never sell a "guaranteed note," and we'll never pretend to operate where we don't.
