Pre-launch: no charges

CuroNote is not currently taking payment. Reserving a note is free, and no charge happens until launch. This page describes the refund commitment that will apply when the service launches.

Our money-back commitment

You only pay for a note that a doctor actually issues. If the reviewing physician decides a note isn't appropriate for your situation, you receive a full refund. A doctor's right to decline is part of doing this legitimately — and you're never charged for a "no."

How refunds will work

• If a doctor declines, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Modifications to an issued note (dates, name) are free and don't require a refund.
