What is a telehealth doctor's note? A telehealth doctor's note is a legitimate medical note issued by a US-licensed physician who will review your case remotely instead of in person. For low-risk absence notes, that review can be done asynchronously through a short online form, with no live video appointment required in most covered states.

What makes a telehealth note different

Telehealth simply means care delivered remotely instead of in a clinic. If there's no video call, is the review real?
Yes. A licensed physician will personally review the details you submit and exercise clinical judgment before issuing or declining a note. "Asynchronous" means the review happens without a live call; it does not mean it's automated.
Will my employer accept a telehealth note?

Do I have to schedule an appointment?
No, for these low-risk notes there is nothing to book. You submit your request when it suits you, and a physician will review it during covered hours.
How fast is a telehealth note?
Same day during covered hours; overnight requests are reviewed the next morning. We never promise an instant or guaranteed turnaround.
What if the physician declines?
You receive a full refund. The reviewing physician keeps a genuine right to decline when a note isn't appropriate.
